These terms apply to CarPlay Widgets Studio and its support website. The application provider is identified on the app’s App Store listing. The app is licensed under the applicable App Store agreement, including Apple’s Standard EULA where no custom EULA applies. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

The app offers customizable widgets, sound selection and custom audio, trip statistics, and playback of user-provided IPTV streams with supported AirPlay output. Availability depends on your version, device, operating system, permissions, subscription, provider and vehicle. CarPlay widgets require iOS 26 or later and compatible hardware. Sound playback needs a personal automation configured in Apple Shortcuts. The app does not add CarPlay to unsupported vehicles, convert wired connections to wireless connections, replace the system interface or control the vehicle.

Configure widgets, sounds, playlists and automations while safely parked. Only watch video while parked and when permitted by local rules and your vehicle. Do not use the app to bypass vehicle video restrictions. GPS speed and trip calculations are estimates, not certified instruments or navigation, emergency or professional advice. Stay attentive and follow road rules; the app does not determine whether a location-triggered automation is safe to run.

Only use content and services you have permission to access. You retain rights in your own content and are responsible for any necessary licenses, consent and compliance with third-party terms. We do not provide, sell, host or guarantee access to TV channels, films or a subscription to an IPTV provider. A working playlist is your responsibility. The app does not bypass DRM or guarantee that every media format, stream or AirPlay receiver is supported.

Apple, Adapty, Amplitude, Firebase, Telegram, weather services, IPTV providers and other external services operate under their own terms. Network availability, provider authorization, system scheduling, device lock state, audio routing and vehicle support can affect features. A saved sound does not create a Shortcuts automation automatically. You are responsible for configuring and checking the system setup.

Do not misuse the app or website for unlawful activity, copyright infringement, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, interference with others or circumventing payment controls. App code, design and original content belong to their respective owners. Apple, CarPlay, App Store and vehicle names are third-party marks used descriptively; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Feedback is voluntary; do not send confidential information you are not authorized to share.

We aim to provide a useful app but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal vehicle support, exact GPS or weather information, or uninterrupted third-party streams. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s applicable EULA and mandatory law govern any additional license and warranty rights.

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Email [email protected] or use the contact form for support, billing questions or privacy requests. Form messages are delivered through Telegram. Do not send passwords, complete payment details or private playlist credentials. For refunds and cancellation, use Apple’s official tools; a support message alone does not cancel your subscription.

We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in a revised page or another appropriate notice. Continued use is subject to applicable law and your statutory rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
